This is crisp, medium-bodied with fresh acidity and a dry finish. There are aromas of citrus and apple, with a tiny hint of honey, and gentle creamy character too. Billaud- Simon was founded in 1815 and now owned by the Faiveley Family; a famed Burgundy producer. They are renowned as having some of the best and highest quality Chablis made in a very crisp, mineral style with little or no oak. Chablis is versatile, going well with turkey and chicken or mushroom risotto, most soups and is also a good aperitif. 12.5% ABV.
