Red, Burgundy, France

In stock

From the Faiveley family and their winemaker Jerome Flous, this red Burgundy from the Pinot Noir variety is particularly fragrant and juicy. Made from their vineyards in Mercurey, within the larger Cote de Beaune area of Burgundy, it has all the raspberry fruit that it’s name ‘Framboisiere’ (Framboise is the French for raspberry) might imply! 13.5% ABV.

Ideas for drinking / food matching

This red is medium in body and will match but not overpower a variety of foods, although if it is a very rich or robust dish you may want to chose a fuller bodied wine.
