This is a sweet, rich, flavoursome white wine with aromas of green apple, lemon, lime, and tangerine alongside hints of marmelade and honey. The palate is led by clean, zesty lime that is incredibly fresh from the acidity, yet full of citrus and stone fruit flavours and natural honeyed sweetness, making it both well-structured and balanced.

It is now a 4th generation business, with a focus on producing exceptional wines reflecting the unique nature of Elgin. They are passionate about incorporating sustainable farming practices including using solar panels and irrigating at night to reduce water consumption. The Elgin Valley is a cool climate, which allows the grapes to ripen whilst maintaining their acidity, keeping them fresh. The vines are grown in shale rich soils adding to the structure and minerality of the wine.
