Technical Details | The blend is 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 20% of which is aged in oak barrels. The wine is matured on its lees for 4 years and left in the bottle to mature for a minimum of 6 months after dégorgement. No malolactic fermentation takes place. |
