Technical Details

Made from 100% Nebbiolo from up to 40 year old vines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a daily cap submersion for extraction of flavour and colour. The wine is aged for roughly 30 months in oak barriques and then all parcels are carefully blended prior to bottling.
