TASTING NOTE: This full and rich Cabernet Sauvignon has intense aromas of black and red fruits like ripe plums, and black cherry and currents with subtle toasted hazelnut and vanilla notes from the 12 months in American oak barrels. The palate is full and plush with juicy red fruit notes across the palate as well as firm but silky tannins that linger into a long enjoyable finish. 14% ABV.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: Enjoy this alongside grilled red meats with crumbled gorgonzola cheese. or with harissa spiced roasted butternut squash. This is ready to drink, mellow and complex. Drink now or keep till end 2025.
