Description
TASTING NOTE: A classic Champagne from Premier Cru vineyards with delicate bubbles rising up the glass, and lovely brioche and citrus aromas on the nose. You may also note some yellow fruits and just a little mineral note, to add intrigue and complexity. The palate is dry and fresh but not austere at all, in fact it’s nicely rounded and flavourful, not too acidic, with a long, mouthwatering finish.
ABOUT: Based in Le Breuil in the Marne Valley, this family-owned Champagne house has been cultivating grapes since 1892. It is currently managed by a sibling duo of Celine and Jean-Charles Mignon. They own 14 hectares across the region, planting mainly Pinot Meunier (60%), followed by Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (10%). They have been organically certified since 2024 and are committed to sustainable viticulture.
