Tasting notes

This is a full-bodied example of Bordeaux packed full of fine blackberry fruit and light toasted oak. Velvety but with a perfect amount of tannin structure.

Drink dates

Drinking perfectly now (using a decanter is advised) but could keep for another 7 years.

Ideas for drinking/ food matching

This full structured wine would be perfectly paired with a Beef bourguignon or a similar hearty meal.
