TASTING NOTE: Â A medium-bodied, structured wine with a long finish. This classic Bordeaux has notes of cedar, tobacco leaf and black fruits such as currant and plum. On the palate the tannins create a silky, well rounded mouth feel.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: Â Decant for an hour before serving and serve at 18 degrees. Pair it with any red meant, cheese board or a fresh pasta dish. Drink now or cellar for 5 years.
ABOUT: All grapes are hand harvested in small baskets, then transported to the winery where they are sorted by hand and optical sorting machine. The berries are fermented whole with gentle extraction and aged in 30% new oak for 12 months.
