Description

A pithy, refreshing dry Rhone white wine that is great to have on hand in the fridge, and is a brilliant match for creamy pastas and seafood. It’s a typical blend of Rhone grapes Bourboulenc (30%), Grenache (30%), Ugni blanc (30%), Roussanne  (10%).

TASTING NOTE: Elegant pale-yellow colour with green silvery undertones. The nose is full of freshness and elegance with fruity notes of green apples and pears combined with aromas of mountain flowers. Juicy and fruity, the palate is well balanced with nice freshness and ends with a very fine and pleasant citrus note, with subtle saline notes. 13% ABV.

FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: serve cold at around 8°C with a starter, salads, cold meats or seafood. Drink now until end 2026.
