Miraval Rose Wine

If you’re after something refined, Miraval Rosé might be just what you’re looking for. Our range of Miraval half bottle wine, Miraval Magnums, and Miraval Jeroboam has earned a strong reputation thanks to the wine’s pale pink hue, refreshingly dry taste and delicate, fine texture. Miraval Rosé has a clean, aromatic and fresh character that’s ideal for al fresco dining, sunny afternoons, and effortlessly stylish entertaining. It’s a very elegant wine which is delicate and fine in texture. But, there’s plenty of complexity there too, from an array of Southern French grape varieties which provide gentle, berry fruit notes and a deliciously long, juicy finish, making it a standout choice for those who appreciate a rosé with poise and personality.

What is Miraval Rose wine?

Miraval Rosé is a distinguished rosé wine produced at Château Miraval, a historic estate nestled in the heart of Provence, France. This wine is crafted in partnership with the Perrin family, renowned Rhône Valley winemakers, and has gained international acclaim not just for its association with the estate’s famous owner (actor Brad Pitt) but for its quality and elegance in every bottle.

Miraval Rosé is known for its delicate blush-pink colour, which is both eye-catching and classic for this area. The wine is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, and is made using the direct pressing method, ensuring the wine maintains its freshness, clarity, and pale hue. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks, helping to preserve the wine’s aromatic profile, with just ten percent fermented in oak barrels, to add roundness.

On the palate, Miraval Rosé offers a refreshing, crisp taste. It opens with notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and white peach, followed by a subtle floral undertone and hints of wet stone and minerality that reflect its Provençal terroir. The mouthfeel is crisp and smooth, with a dry finish that lingers just long enough to leave you wanting another sip. This combination of finesse and flavour makes our half bottles of Miraval Rosé a versatile companion to Mediterranean dishes, seafood, light salads, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Who Owns Miraval Rose?

Miraval Rosé is co-owned by actor Brad Pitt, who has played a key role in bringing international attention to the wine and its Provençal estate. The property, Château Miraval, is located in the south of France and was originally purchased by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in 2012. While the couple has since separated, Brad Pitt remains actively involved in the Miraval brand, particularly the production and worldwide promotion of Miraval Rosé.

In collaboration with the renowned Perrin family, well-established winemakers from the Rhône Valley, Pitt helped elevate Miraval Rosé to global recognition. The Perrins oversee the winemaking process, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency within their half-bottle and Miraval Rosé Magnum. Under this partnership, Brad Pitt’s Miraval Rosé has become synonymous with refined, premium rosé, combining celebrity appeal with serious winemaking credentials.
