Description
Chorey-Les-Beaune, Burgundy has a relatively low profile compared to some of the more stellar vineyards in Burgundy, but as a result, the wines are amazing value for money given their quality. This 100% Pinot Noir from Domaine Tollot-Beaut is a stunner!
TASTING NOTE: Bright ruby colour. On the nose: Full of cherry and strawberry fruits with some earth mushroom notes. On the palate: It’s medium-bodied with excellent flavour concentration and smooth tannins with plenty of crushed raspberry character and woodland fruit, beautiful acidity, and velvety texture, this is a rich and well-crafted wine.13.5% alcohol by volume.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: This is a great wine to enjoy on its own or with food. Try with duck dishes, hoisin, or other fruity sauces. It’s ready to drink now and will continue to drink wonderfully into 2025.
