ABOUT:Dandelion Vineyards was founded by Elena Brooks and her husband Zar. They are a talented winemaking duo located in the Mclaren Vale. After studying and working abroad, Elena and Zar settled in the Mclaren and began to craft superb wines from Riesling, Shiraz and Chardonnay grapes. The winery has a unique style as they work with vineyards and winemakers from across Australia to buy batches of grapes from small plots of vineyards, to make a beautiful blend. It’s a boutique approach to winemaking!
