Muscadet is an underrated white wine from the western part of the Loire Valley, next to the Atlantic. Much of it is crisp, dry, light and acidic. This wine is fine, and elegant with flavours of tropical fruits and a tangy acidity followed by the regional mineral characteristic these wines have. The finish is clean but has a beautiful round creaminess from time spent on lees. this style of Muscadet makes for a delicious food-matching wine. 12%ABV
