Description
TASTING NOTE: An elegant, fine white Burgundy with lovely citrus and creamy notes. It’s medium in bodied with great depth of flavour, and, aged in French oak barrels for 11 months, it has complexity of hazelnut and almond, a gentle toastiness that adds to the overall charm and quality. Long, refreshing citrus finish expected of great Puligny-Montrachet. 13% alcohol.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: A versatile wine that will match chicken, turkey and pork in particular, or fish with creamy sauces. For vegetarian dishes, try creamy pastas or mushroom risotto for a vegan option. Drink now or keep till 2028.
