This is a great starting point for California Chardonnay, from La Crema this is a juicy, fruity, sunshine-filled white wine from the famous Sonoma Coast, a great food pairing wine or, to simply enjoy on its own.
TASTING NOTE: A rich yellow-gold colour. On the nose: Ripe fruits such as pineapple, peaches and nectarines, plus nuances of vanilla. On the palate: Refreshing acidity and a succulent, juicy feel. It’s well-balanced with its intense lovely natural fruitiness and medium body. 13.5% alcohol by volume.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: Try as an aperitif wine alongside Gouda or aged goat cheese, or to accompany a vegetable risotto, bacon-wrapped scallops, or a juicy roasted pork chop with apples. Serve chilled and enjoy now until winter 2025.
