Description
A delicate and juicy rose from the one of Champagne’s oldest families. All the grapes are hand harvested. Wines are blended and aged for at least 3 years in their own cellars before release.
TASTING NOTE: Here we have a blend of Pinot Meunier (70%), Chardonnay (15%) and Pinot Noir (15%) displaying lovely red berry fruit on the nose. 12% alcohol.
PAIRING & SERVING IDEAS: Enjoy as an apertif alone, or accompany it with a smoked salmon and cucumber bellini canapé. This wine is versatile to match more intense flavours such as spicy Thai dishes.
ABOUT: Based in Le Breuil in the Marne Valley, this family-owned Champagne house has been cultivating grapes since 1892. It is currently managed by a sibling duo of Celine and Jean-Charles Mignon. They own 14 hectares across the region, planting mainly Pinot Meunier (60%), followed by Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (10%). They have been organically certified since 2024 and are committed to sustainable viticulture.
