The Burgundy village of Chorey-Les-Beaune might have a relatively low profile compared to some of the more stellar vineyards elsewhere in Burgundy, but as a result the wines offers amazing value for money given their quality. This lovely red from Tollot Beaut embodies everything a good hearty red Burgundy should taste like, with plenty of crushed raspberry character and woodland fruit, beautiful acidity and velvety texture. Meticulous care is taken in the vineyard and winery to make this fantastic wine.
