Description
From select vineyard plots in the Rully region of the Cote Chalonnaise,
TASTING NOTE: This Chardonnay is a light straw golden colour in the glass with aromas of fresh ripe apple and pear with a touch of flinty minerality. The palate is smooth, creamy, and round with plenty of tree fruit notes and similar to the nose, all with a touch of acidity to brighten the creamy subtle spice finish from the 16 months in French oak barrels.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: Enjoy alongside baked salmon and fresh asparagus or with a fresh salad niçoise. 13%ABV. Drink now or hold until Winter 2024.
