A lovely Provence Rose from Grenache, Cinsaut and Syrah grapes, made close to Saint-Tropez.
TASTING NOTE: M de Minuty Rose has an attractive, pale pink colour, with aromas of redcurrants, white peach and citrus. The palate is fresh, fruity and dry, with juicy red berry flavours and a hint of orange peel. It’s crisp and mouthwatering on the finish.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVING: This is crisp and refreshing, making a perfect aperitif over summer, served at around 8 degrees. For a meal, serve with salads and plain, grilled meats/fish or vegetables, or fish tartare. With its red berry flavours, also serve with a fresh, simple red fruit Dessert. Ready to drink now but will keep till Spring 2027.
ABOUT: Situated in Provence, Southern France, Chateau Minuty was owned by the Farnet family for 85 years, before Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey purchased a majority share in the property in 2023. It has been a Cotes de Provence Classified Growth since 1955. The vineyard lies between the two villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, perched above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and therefore has a maritime climate, with the nearby sea breezes cooling the vineyards during the heat of the summer, keeping the grapes lovely and fresh.
