CURRENT SELECTION: For the whites: Try the Selbach Oster dry Riesling from Germany. This is lovely and fresh, and perfect for the Spring/Summer. Then a delicious Organic Pinot Gris by Schlumberger, one of our most food-friendly whites. Compare this with the refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from Stoneburn in New Zealand. For the reds: we have a smooth, mellow, flavourful Shiraz from McLaren Vale in Australia, by Coriole. Then the juicy, fruity Monte Velho red from the Alentejo region of Portugal. Lastly, as the temperatures warm, Domaine Colonge’s Beaujolais Villages is perfect, not too heavy, but full of flavour and a great food match too.
