A beautiful, juicy Grenache (75%) and Syrah (25%) blend from Vacqueyras, one of the Crus of the Southern Rhone, and 50 year old vines that have conferred such lovely intensity of berry fruit character.
TASTING NOTE: The 2021 ‘Les Christins’ is bright ruby in colour with lovely black berry fruit, spices and truffles. On the palate, it is fresh with good richness of cherry and blackcurrant flavour, and is well balanced by silky tannins. 13.5% alcohol.
FOOD PAIRING, SERVICE AND STORING: It’s great with roast pork, duck or mushroom wellington!
