CURRENT SELECTION: For the whites, try the a zesty, zippy Bordeaux Blanc from Chateau Reynier. It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle and deliciously good value. Next we have included a dry Riesling from Dandelion Vineyards. This is lovely and radiant, to be paired with a range of dishes from seafood to soft cheese to light Thai noodles. Tormaresca’s Chardonnay from Puglia, a wine of great value and freshness. A generous amount of stone fruit and slight floral character with mouthwatering acidity, this wine is a delight to complete the white wine selection of the case. For the reds, Try a lovely, elegant Pinot Noir from Languedoc’s Altugnac; this is a very quaffable red with low tannin and juicy fruit. Next, we have selected Chateau Roquefort Bordeaux Rouge which is a great choice if you plan on sipping it throughout the evening. And to contrast, we have a hearty red from producer Mas Collet in the Montsant region of Catalonia. It has a rich profile with well integrated spices and ripe red fruits.
