CURRENT SELECTION: For the whites, try the delightful Flint Vineyard Fume from Norfolk, England which has been bottled just for us at The Little Fine Wine Company. It has attractive aromas of orchard fruits and elderflower, and a crisp and refreshing palate . Then to the intense, juicy Sauvignon Blanc from Stoneburn in Marlborough. This is a typical new world vibrant, unoaked dry Sauvignon Blanc. Heading over to France we have a classic Southern Rhone white blend from Domaine Maby in Lirac , giving generous minerality to complete the white wine selection of the case. For the reds, try the Famille Perrin Cotes du Rhone Reserve Rouge. From the leading organic producer this juicy red goes very well with any dinner party. It’s delicious. Next, a light Ca Rugate Valpolicella Rio Alba from the north-east of Italy. This elegant, fruity wine is delightfully refreshing enough to serve with a slight chill, and a good choice for a red in the summer. And to contrast, we head to the Alentejo region in Portugal for a full-bodied Esporao Monte Velho Tinto with ripe fruits, robust tannins and a rich profile yet approachable and quaffable!
