CURRENT SELECTION: For the whites: Try Yabby Lake’s superior, delicious Pinot Gris, all the way from Mornington Peninsula in Australia. Then, a deliciously crisp Sauvignon from Touraine in the Loire Valley. From Portugal, Bico Amarelo’s zesty, fresh Vinho Verde, perfect with seafood. And for the reds: J.Lohr’s rich, decadent, warming Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles in California, a dream with steak or roasted aubergine. Another bold, flavourful red is the Mas Collet, from the Montsant region of Spain. It’s delicious, full of black fruits and the perfect wine if you are looking to explore from traditional Spanish wines such as Rioja. Lastly, for a lighter red, our new, cherry-scented Dolcetto from Piedmont, it’s perfect as a midweek treat, or with charcuturie/antipasti if you are having a leisurely meal.
