Cristom Mount Jefferson Pinot Noir 2022 HALF (37.5cl)

Description

Cristom Vineyards was set up the Willamette Valley in Oregon, by Paul and Eileen Gerrie in 1992 and they are now producing some of the most sought after Pinot Noirs coming out of the USA. One of the hallmark styles of this Pinot Noir is that the winemaking team consistently ferment the grapes in whole clusters using native yeasts and age the wines for at least 12 months in oak barrels. The vineyard is biodynamic and certified sustainable and so every care is taken in the vineyard and winery to respect the land and the grapes with an impetus on quality.
