Description
This Rhone white is a blend of Bourboulenc (30%), Grenache (30%), Ugni blanc (30%), Roussanne (10%). The drastic climates throughout the harvest allowed good quality grapes and a very promising aromatic complexity.
TASTING NOTE: Elegant pale-yellow colour with green silvery undertones. The nose is full of freshness and elegance with fruity notes of green apples and pears combined with aromas of mountain flowers. Juicy and fruity, the palate is well balanced with nice freshness and ends with a very fine and pleasant bitterness with subtle saline notes. 13% ABV.
FOOD PAIRING, STORING AND SERVICE: serve cold at around 8°C with a starter, salads, cold meats or seafood. Drink now until the summer 2025.
