Description
A blend of 95% Glera (the main Prosecco grape) with 5% Chardonnay for crisp structure and citrus fruit. Well-balanced with notes of elegant grape, apple and blossom character, refreshing acidity, medium body and modest sweetness (some Prosecco has lots of residual sugar, noticeable by a sweeter finish). Drink chilled as an aperitif or with patisserie/a light, fruity dessert. Bosco di Gica is the ancient forested area where the Adami family vineyard is located in the prosecco commune of Valdobbladene. The third generation of the Adami family are now producing wines here and are as committed to quality as the family has ever been. 11% ABV.
